EN960 - Full Headform - Urethane

The full headform urethane has several applications: Referencing Use Roll Off Testing Penetration Testing ECE Chin Strap Testing

Material : Hard Urethane Sizes: all sizes are available 100% CNC machined Testing lines are CNC grooved Complies with ISO/DIS 6220, EN960 and EN960:2006 requirements. Each headform is shipped with a certificate of calibration, serial number and a data sheet. Each headform is built with a five axis numeric system, which gives the most accurate dimensions. Could be used for measurement, Roll Off, Field of Vision, Fit test, EN retention chinstrap testing and other tests

Lines identification for : - Reference plane - Basic plane - Transversal plane - Longitudinal plane

Bottom Plate:

The headform is identified with reference lines (see sketch below). These lines are grooved into the headform to provide the end user with more flexibility to align positions with their products.

All headform sizes are available. In the table below you will find several different headform sizes. Six of these have been selected for our regular production line, so they are always in stock. These 6 headform sizes (A, C, E, J. M and O) are used to determine 95% of all the world standards.
