full magnesium The full MAG.K1A head form is currently used for tri-axis (X, Y, Z direction) impact testing of helmets.

The head form has been designed and created to meet the ISO/DIS 6220 & EN 960 Standards.

We currently have 6 formats in production but it is possible to order other formats.

In the table below you will find several different head form sizes. Six of these have been selected for our regular production line, so are always in stock.

These 6 head form sizes are used to determine 95% of all the world standards.

  • The full MAG.K1A head form is identified with references lines (see sketch below). These lines are grooved into the head form to provide the end user with more flexibility to align positions with their products.

  • The full MAG.K1A head form is shipped with a certificate of calibration, serial number and a data sheet.

  • The full MAG.K1A head form is built with a five axis numeric system, which gives the most accurate dimensions.
