CONTROL CENTER SYSTEM

CONTROL CENTER SYSTEM The Control Center System is used with some of our impact and penetration machines. It allows you to collect the results of the tests made by the machines and transfer the data to a computer.

  1. Lights when the control center system is on.

  2. Lights when a connection to a computer is detected.

  3. Lights when something passes through the velocimiter (Time Gate).

  4. This dial is used to set teh impact test:
    • (5) Uni-Axis Z (Load Cell) 
    • (6) Tri-Axis Z (Z Only)
    • (7) Tri-Axis X, Y, Z

  5. When an uni-axis accelerometer is plugged to the control center system and the dial is set to Uni-Axis Z, Ch.Z (10) will light.

  6. When an tri-Axis accelerometer is plugged to the control center system and the dial is set to Tri-Axis Z Only , Ch.Z (10) will light.

  7. When an tri-axis accelerometer is plugged to the control center system and the dial is set to Tri Axis X, Y, Z , Ch.X(8), Ch.Y(9) and Ch.Z(10) will all light.

  1. If there is a velocimiter (Time Gate) on your impact tower it plugs into the control center system at the place indicated by the number (11).
  2. This is the place where the Acquisition card plugs into the control center system.
  4. The Control Box plugs in here.
  5. For a Uni-Axis test, a cable is attached to the accelerometer and to the plug (15).
  6. For a Tri-Axis Z-Only or X,Y,Z test, a cable is attached to the accelerometer and to the plug (16).
  7. For a Tri-Axis X,Y,Z test, a cable is attached to the accelerometer and to the plug (16),(17) and (18).
  8. For a Tri-Axis X,Y,Z test , a cable is attached to the accelerometer and to the plug (16),(17) and(18).
  12. The LVDT plugs into this socket.
  13. This is the breaker.
