- Auto-retractable system: When an impact takes place,
the auto-retractable system will raise the head form and the attached helmet and suspend them in the air.
This helps prevent injuries and a second impact to the helmet.
- Velocimeter (Time Gate):
Very precise electronic device that calculates the time it takes for an object to pass in front
of an infra-red beam a few millimeters before impact. The time in milliseconds and the length of the object are then used to determine the velocity.
- Cage: Used to prevent damage to the machine.
